The midterm consists of 4 problems, each with its own data set. You should answers the questions at the beginning of each data set, providing the necessary lists, charts, and discussion.
The midterm is due Tu Mar 26, 2013 at the start of class. Questions may be directed to me by email or during office hours. This may seem to obvious to state but here it is anyway:
| Read the instructions for each problem carefully. It is your obligation to ask clarification questions when you do not understand what to do. When the instructions to a problem are not crystal clear to you, you should not simply guess and do something that seems to make sense to you, because answers that are not responsive to the instructions can and do receive zero credit. |
